ViennaCalling brings together senior developers and independent consultants from around the world: the people who decide what platform their clients run on. We cap 2027 at 110 and aim for 100. That is the product, not a limitation: a room small enough that a sponsor at a table has a real conversation with most of the people who matter. At Impact Hub Vienna we take the whole ground floor, with three parallel tracks, and sponsors sit where people actually stop: the café and the co-working floor.

The Atelier or The Library physically carries your name, with a dedicated roll-up inside, and the room is listed with your name on the schedule on our website. You also get your logo on our website and our social media channels. Naming only, no session or slot. R on floor plan
Evening Host

Host a round at the Wednesday kick-off in the beer garden (2 June) or at the Friday Heuriger (4 June).
Where your table stands
Everyone passes the café area on arrival and at every break. Positions are indicative; exact placement is confirmed with the venue before booking closes. Impact Hub Vienna is a certified Green Location and certified barrier-free.
